- What is Market Matador?
- Market Matador is an educational stock market collectible card game for ages 9–18. Players open packs of real stock cards, manage virtual cash, claim daily Dividend Drops, and climb a leaderboard based on total portfolio value.
- How do card packs work?
- Standard stock cards are pack-only. Every paid pack contains exactly four whole cards from a color tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Platinum packs are not sold—Platinum cards are earned one at a time through rare challenges. New players also receive a free starter pack.
- What is Dividend Drop?
- Dividend Drop is a free daily reward window from 9:30 to 10:00 AM Eastern Time on U.S. market-open days. Eligible players can claim a tier-scaled reward pack once per market day.
- Does Market Matador use real money?
- No. Market Matador uses virtual cash and virtual stock cards for learning and competition. It is not a brokerage and does not execute real trades on behalf of players.
