A stock market you can collect

Market Matador turns real U.S. stock tickers into collectible cards. Players open packs, manage virtual cash, and grow a portfolio that ranks on a global leaderboard.

It is designed for kids and teens aged 9–18 who want something more engaging than a traditional school stock-market simulation—without real-money brokerage risk.

The core loop

New players open a free starter pack of bronze stock cards. From there, they sell cards for cash, buy higher-tier packs as they level up, and claim a daily Dividend Drop during market hours.

Portfolio value equals cash on hand plus the current market value of owned cards. Climbing that total unlocks better shop packs and badge tiers.

Why it is educational

Every card maps to a real company ticker and tracks live market prices. Players practice concepts like diversification, liquidity (cash vs cards), and how prices move over time—through play instead of worksheets.
